PSIA -Private School Interscholastic Association

PSIA is an organization dedicated to bringing academic endeavors to all schools and students who are in pursuit of excellence and seek opportunities to test themselves against their own accomplishments and others.

The organization provides district and state competitions for students of private schools from grade 1 through 8.   Contests are held in designated grade levels according to students' ability levels.  Areas of academic contests are but not limited to; Storytelling, Spelling, Writing, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Music, Art, and Problem-Solving.

The Galloway School has been a part of PSIA for the past 2 years and has been privileged to have more than 20 students qualify for the State Competitions.  In 2009 we placed 2nd in the state for the Elementary "A" division.

We are extremely proud of our students and faculty for always striving to be the best and for their many hours of preparation they gave to this academic endeavor!
